Depression
It is often difficult to say whether your episodes of depression are truly separate. It may feel like one long depression. You feel a bit better now and then, but your mood may never be what you consider "normal."
Sometimes this pattern is called "double depression." Your doctor may combine elements of treatment for "major depression, recurrent," and "dysthymia."
