Blood Magnesium Test
Just to recap. Your magnesium level is low, possibly because of your diet. You were not having diarrhea around the time your blood was drawn for the magnesium test, and you don't take any medicines commonly associated with low levels of magnesium.
One other thing that can cause or contribute to a low magnesium level is overuse of alcohol.
