Tovorafenib Side Effects
Applies to tovorafenib: oral suspension, oral tablet.
Use only as directed. Tell your doctor if you use other medicines or have other medical conditions or allergies.
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have:

acne, redness, swelling, peeling, or tenderness of hands or feet;
-
any bleeding that will not stop;
-
bleeding inside your body--weakness, dizziness; pink or brown urine; abnormal vaginal bleeding; bloody or tarry stools, coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds; or
-
liver problems--loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain (upper right side), tiredness, itching, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes.
Your cancer treatments may be delayed or permanently discontinued if you have certain side effects.
Common side effects may include:

tiredness, headache;
-
constipation, nausea, vomiting;
-
cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, viral infection, fever;

skin rash, dry skin, acne, hair color changes; or
-
abnormal lab results.
