Do not use cough or cold medicine if you have taken an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days.

A dangerous drug interaction could occur.

MAO inhibitors include furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, phenelzine, rasagiline, selegiline, and tranylcypromine.
