Serious side effects of Neo-Synephrine
Along with its needed effects, phenylephrine (the active ingredient contained in Neo-Synephrine) may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

- feeling of fullness in the head
- pounding or rapid pulse
- tingling in the arms or legs
- vomiting
