Do not use guaifenesin and phenylephrine if you have used an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days.

A dangerous drug interaction could occur.

MAO inhibitors include isocarboxazid, linezolid, methylene blue injection, phenelzine, and tranylcypromine.
