Before taking this medicine
You should not use Stool Softener + Stimulant Laxative if you are allergic to docusate or senna, or if you are also taking mineral oil.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist if this medicine is safe to use if you have ever had:

nausea or vomiting;
-
stomach pain;
-
a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts for 2 weeks or longer; or
-
an intestinal disorder such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
Ask a doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not give this medicine to a child younger than 2 years old without medical advice.
How should I use Stool Softener + Stimulant Laxative?
Use exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor.
Take Stool Softener + Stimulant Laxative with a full glass of water.
It may be best to take this medicine at night or at bedtime. Stool Softener + Stimulant Laxative should cause you to have a bowel movement within 6 to 12 hours.
Do not take Stool Softener + Stimulant Laxative for longer than 7 days in a row, unless your doctor tells you to.
Call your doctor if your constipation does not improve or if it gets worse after taking Stool Softener + Stimulant Laxative.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Since Stool Softener + Stimulant Laxative is used when needed, you may not be on a dosing schedule. Skip any missed dose if it's almost time for your next dose. Do not use two doses at one time.
What happens if I overdose?
Seek emergency medical attention or call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222.
Overdose symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, or diarrhea.
