How should I take acoramidis?

Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Use the medicine exactly as directed.

Acoramidis is usually taken twice per day (about 12 hours apart) with or without food.

Swallow the tablet whole and do not crush, chew, or break it.

Store this medicine in the original container at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

Usual Adult Dose for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy:

Recommended dosage: 712 mg orally twice daily

Comments:
-Can be administered with or without food

Use: For the treatment of the cardiomyopathy of wild-type or variant transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) in adults to reduce cardiovascular death and cardiovascular-related hospitalization.

Usual Adult Dose for Amyloidogenic Transthyretin Amyloidosis:

Recommended dosage: 712 mg orally twice daily

Use: For the treatment of the cardiomyopathy of wild-type or variant transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) in adults to reduce cardiovascular death and cardiovascular-related hospitalization.
