What other Biktarvy Patient Assistance programs are there?
You are eligible for the Biktarvy Copay Card if you have commercial or private insurance, have a valid prescription for Biktarvy and currently live the US, Puerto Rico, or US territories. Biktarvy must be dispensed at participating eligible pharmacies in the US, Puerto Rico, or US territories. If you do not have commercial or private insurance you may be eligible for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), see information below.
What is the Biktarvy Copay Card?
Biktarvy Copay Card helps you save on co-pays for Biktarvy. Co-pay is the out-of-pocket (OOP) costs that the patient has to pay for an approved healthcare service after insurance has paid its share. It does not cover the cost of any dosing procedure or any other healthcare provider service or supply charges or other treatment costs.
Who is eligible for the Biktarvy Copay Card?
Biktarvy patients are eligible for the Biktarvy Copay Card if they have commercial or private insurance, live in the US, Puerto Rico, or US territories. You are not eligible if you are a cash-paying patient, do not have insurance, or have Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, or VA/TRICARE.
How can I apply for the Biktarvy Copay Card?
You (the patient) or the patient’s legal representative on behalf of the patient must personally enroll in the Gilead Advancing Access co-pay program online. Patients must not be assisted in enrolling in the program by third-party payers, pharmacy benefit managers, or the agents of either. The patient must voluntarily decide to enroll in the Coupon.
How much can I save with the Biktarvy Copay Card?
With the Co-pay program, it will pay up to $7,200 in cost-sharing assistance per calendar year with no monthly limit for out-of-pocket costs for eligible commercially insured patients with a valid prescription.
How long is the Biktarvy Copay Card valid?
Your co-pay coupon card does not expire you will keep it for your whole enrollment and it automatically renews on January 1, each year.

If you are enrolled in the Biktarvy co-pay program and have already paid your out of pocket you can check to see if you are eligible for a reimbursement by clicking the direct member reimbursement (DMR) link, you will need to have your co-pay coupon ID, your prescription label and your pharmacy receipt.

The quickest way find out if you meet the criteria is for you or your healthcare provider to fill in the Enrollment online form online, which will determine if you are eligible for the PAP program. Patients also need to be currently residing in United States, Puerto Rico, or US Territories and proof of residency maybe required.
How long does PAP enrollment last?
PAP enrollment lasts for up to 12 months, depending on ongoing eligibility checks, they can then re-enroll is the still remain eligible for PAP. If you are eligible for Medicaid or the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), you may not be eligible to re-enroll in PAP/MAP.
