Evenity J code is J3111. J codes are used for billing and reimbursement purposes and are specifically used for medicines that are not taken orally and includes injections, inhalations and chemotherapies. Your physician will need the Evenity J code when filling out your treatment forms.

Evenity (romosozumab) injection is a treatment for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women to help reduce the risk of bone fractures. Evenity injections help create new bone and slow down bone loss, increasing bone mineral density and reducing spine fracture risk.

Evenity FDA indication is for for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk for fracture, defined as a history of osteoporotic fracture, or multiple risk factors for fracture; or patients who have failed or are intolerant to other available osteoporosis therapy.

Evenity injection is from a class of medicines called sclerostin inhibitors.
