How much does Gemtesa cost with the coupon?
You may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket for each 90-day supply if you qualify for the Gemtesa Coupon (Gemtesa Simple Savings Card).
Who is eligible for the Gemtesa Coupon or Savings Card?
You are eligible for the Gemtesa Coupon if:
- you have commercial or private insurance
- a valid prescription for Gemtesa, and
- live in the US or Puerto Rico.
You are not eligible for a Gemtesa coupon if you are cash-paying or are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal or state programs (including any state pharmaceutical assistance programs), or private indemnity or HMO Insurance plans that reimburse the patient for the entire cost of the prescription drugs.
You may not use this offer if you are Medicare-eligible and enrolled in an employer-sponsored health plan or prescription drug benefit program for retirees.

How much can I save with the Gemtesa Coupon
Most patients who are commercially insured for Gemtesa will pay as little as:
- $0 for each 90-day supply (offer until December 31, 2025, if you have insurance and Gemtesa is covered)
- $10 for each 30-day supply (if you have insurance and Gemtesa is covered)
- $95 for each 30-day supply (if you have insurance but Gemtesa is not covered)
The maximum savings limit for covered claims is:
- $403 for each 30-day supply or
- $1,209 for each 90-day supply.
The maximum savings limit for not-covered claims is:
- $436 for each 30-day supply; final out-of-pocket expense will vary.
The actual application and use of the benefit available under the co-pay assistance program may vary on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis depending on each individual patient’s plan of insurance and other prescription drug costs. This co-pay assistance program is subject to change or discontinuation without any notice.
This card is valid for up to 12 prescription fills for a 30-day supply or 4 prescription fills for a 90-day supply
The list price, for a 30-day supply of Gemtesa 75 mg tablets was $486 as of August 2024. This is the price tablets are sold to wholesalers before any discount, rebate, chargeback, or other price reduction This does not represent usual transaction prices.

What is the best time to take Gemtesa?
Gemtesa can be taken any time of the day with or without food, or as directed by your doctor. Take it at about the same time each day so you don’t forget your dose. Swallow Gemtesa tablets whole with a glass of water.
