How much can I save with the Emgality saving card and how do I get one?
The Emgality Savings Card Program helps you save money on Emgality, if you have a commercial drug insurance plan. To use it download your activated Emgality Saving card and present it to the pharmacist when you collect your prescription, or it you are using LillyDirect for delivery then your savings will automatically be applied if you are eligible.
How much can I save with the Emgality savings card?
Using the Emgality savings card or Emgality coupon you may pay nothing for Emgality for up to 12 months. If your insurance does not cover Emgality, you may pay as little as $0 for the first fill of a 30-day supply. If your insurance does cover Emgality, you may pay as little as $0 for a 1-month prescription fill of Emgality with a maximum annual savings of up to $4,900 per calendar year. Your savings will depend on your insurance and the card terms and conditions.
Who is eligible for the Emgality savings card?
You are eligible for the Emgality savings card if you:
- Have an Emgality prescription that is consistent with FDA indications, dosage, and directions.
- Have a commercial drug insurance plan
- You are not enrolled in any state, federal, or government-funded healthcare program, including, without limitation, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, DoD, VA, TRICARE®/CHAMPUS, or any state prescription drug assistance program.
- You currently live in the United States or Puerto Rico.
- You are 18 years of age or older.

How do I get an Emgality savings card?
To get an Emgality savings card or Emgality coupon, you must get your prescriber to first submit a Prior Authorization (PA) to your insurance company with your prescription, and then you apply for your savings card online. The card can then be downloaded, emailed to yourself, or added to a mobile wallet. Present your activated Savings Card to your pharmacist when you collect your Emgality from your pharmacy or if using LillyDirect they will automatically apply the savings when processing your prescription for delivery.
