You may pay as little as $5 for out-of-pocket if you qualify for the Aimovig copay card. The Aimovig Coupon or Copay Card helps you save money on prescriptions for Aimovig.

Who is eligible for the Aimovig Coupon or Copay Card?

You are eligible for the Aimovig Copay Card if you have commercial or private insurance, a valid prescription for Aimovig, and live in the US, Puerto Rico, or US territories. There is no income requirement to participate in this program.

You are not eligible for an Aimovig Copay Card if your Aimovig prescription is paid for in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal or state programs.

The Aimovig Copay Card or Coupon offer does not cover out-of-pocket costs for patients whose selected coverage option under their commercial insurance plan does not apply Aimovig Copay Card payments to satisfy the patient's co-payment, deductible, or co-insurance for Aimovig (erenumab) Instead you may be eligible for other needs-based assistance provided by Amgen. These programs are often referred to as accumulator adjustment programs.

How much can I save with the Aimovig Coupon or Copay Card?

With an Aimovig copay card or Coupon, you may pay as little as $5 for monthly out-of-pocket costs, if you have commercial insurance. Monthly out-of-pocket costs include co-payment, co-insurance, and deductible out-of-pocket costs. Amgen will pay the remaining eligible out-of-pocket costs up to a Maximum Monthly Benefit, a Maximum Annual Program Benefit, and/or the Patient's Program Benefit. When these limits are exceeded, the patient is responsible for exceeded amounts.

The program provides assistance up to a Maximum Monthly Benefit, except that the Maximum Monthly Benefit will not apply to the first 2 uses of the Aimovig Copay Card for Aimovig in any given calendar year.

You can apply for the Aimovig Copay Card or Coupon online; there is a link on the Aimovig Price Guide page. Fill out the enrollment form online, and if you are entitled to it, you will receive an email with your Aimovig Copay Card and confirmation of your enrollment to print and take to the pharmacy with your prescription and insurance card.
