Using lisdexamfetamine together with alcohol can increase the risk of cardiovascular side effects such as increased heart rate, chest pain, or blood pressure changes. To avoid significant fluctuations in blood levels of the medication, cannabidiol should be taken about the same time each day consistently either with or without food.
