Usual Adult Dose for Ocular Infection
Maintenance dose: 1 cm ribbon into the infected eye(s) up to 6 times daily
Use: For the treatment of superficial ocular infections
Usual Pediatric Dose for Ocular Infection
Maintenance dose: 1 cm ribbon into the infected eye(s) up to 6 times daily
Use: For the treatment of superficial ocular infections
Usual Pediatric Dose for Neonatal Conjunctivitis
Maintenance dose: 1 cm ribbon into the lower conjunctival sac of each eye
Comment:
- Do not flush the eye after instillation of the ointment.
- Use a new tube for each infant.
Use: For the prophylaxis of neonatal gonococcal or chlamydial ophthalmia

Storage requirements:
- Store between 15C to 30C (59F to 86F).
- Keep out of the reach of children.
General:
- Do not use if cap and neckring are not intact.
- Do not use the tube if the bottom ridge of the tube cap is exposed.
- Do not use if there is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
