Usual Adult Dose for Bacterial Conjunctivitis
Apply to the affected eye(s) every 3 to 4 hours for 7 to 10 days.
Comments:

Use: For the topical treatment of superficial infections of the external eye and its adnexa (including conjunctivitis, keratitis, keratoconjunctivitis, blepharitis, blepharoconjunctivitis) due to susceptible bacteria

Storage requirements:
- Store between 15C to 25C (59F to 77F); keep tightly closed.
Patient advice:
- Do not allow the applicator tip to contact the eye, eyelid, fingers, or any other surface.
- Stop this drug and contact physician if the condition persists/worsens or if rash/allergic reaction develops.
