The safety and pharmacokinetics of oseltamivir in patients with severe hepatic impairment have not been evaluated. No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment.
Oseltamivir (applies to Tamiflu) renal impairment
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Renal Dysfunction
Dose adjustment of oseltamivir treatment is recommended for patients with a serum creatinine clearance between 10 and 30 mL/min. No recommended dosing regimens are available for patients with end-stage disease undergoing routine hemodialysis or continuous peritoneal dialysis treatment.
