"I have been taking it for 7 months. There are no problems with side effects. I take 80 mg twice a day. There is mild depression of platelets, WBC, and a good neutrophil count. It works great, all tumors disappeared within 4 months."

"Brukinsa put me in remission within a 6-month timeframe of starting the treatment. Benefits are it has kept me in remission for almost 12 months. Very pleased with the results. As for side effects, I've experienced rashes, musculoskeletal pain, muscle spasms, fatigue, and occasional stomach constipation or diarrhea. I take 320 mg per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening."
