"Severe neck and spinal pain (stenosis). My partner massages this into my neck and spine using pressure. This is very comforting. It does not replace pain medication but does help. He has large hands and rubs it in completely; I recommend giving this a try."

"It always works for mild to severe pain but in varied degrees. I always use it - see if I need to take any pain pill like Ibuprofen, tramadol or other pain pill. Seldom need more. For chronic pain I use cream & pills both if have to stand or sit long periods. Love it. recommend to everyone. "

"I suffer from lower back pain, locking up of my back, and sharp pains down my legs. Aspercreme has helped me through some tough times. I supplement use of this item with Aleve as little as possible. If I can go every 3 or 4 days on just one dose I feel that I am doing okay. I stay active this way. Thank you."

"I like the product, but the packaging for the roll-on creme is insane. You've acknowledged it is for pain (arthritis, etc) management, then why put on a cap that is child-proof and takes a wrench or pliers to remove? It is almost impossible for me, and I nearly give up each time. I just don't put the cap back on if I am finally able to get it off. Not good."

"Bought it to use on my back to keep muscle from becoming inflamed due to pinched nerves. It didn't do a thing. I waited an hour and nothing. Not worth the 10 dollars I spent on it."

"Aspercreme works fantastic for me for two herniated discs that shoot pain down my leg. The doctor was amazed as I do not ask for pain medication. The aspercreme with lidocaine is non-greasy and washes right off"
