"I switched from subcutaneous Remodulin to Orenitram tablets about 9 months ago. It has been a very rough road. Consistent headaches, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I can barely leave my house anymore due to the side effects of this medication. Nothing I've tried has worked to alleviate the side effects. Sleeping is the only thing that makes me feel better but that doesn't help 100% of the time. Aside from the side effects, I am happy with this medication. It has truly worked well for me. It took a little while to build up in my system, but now I have very little shortness of breath. I would be interested in staying on this long term if the side effects could be under control."
