For Urinary Incontinence "Urge incontinence. Male; 83 years old. Hit suddenly over 10 years ago. PCP referred to urologist. Diagnosis: 'Urge Incontinence.' Rx Detrol LA, but insurance will only cover generic. Have taken since with reasonable results (no significant side effects). Urologist retired; when queried, PCP about long-term side effects, PCP said benefits outweigh potential side effects -- continue regimen. I'm 83, so will continue."
