For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Used on day 2 of noticing symptoms. Minor ones at that. Only felt intensified burning and itching for maybe an hour after insertion but definitely tolerable. Had sweet sweet relief after that passed. Didn’t really feel like I was leaking that much either. Definitely recommend."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "My vagina is worse now than the night before!! I have used monistat plenty of times, I decided to use this and I wish I never did, I woke up at 6 am after putting in the cream the night before and it's so swollen, red, and itchy down there I can't even close my legs it hurts so bad!! Never again!"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "The first time I used this product I was completely fine. This second time I feel like I have put hot sauce in my parts. Inserted it around 10pm and fell asleep, by 2am I’m in tears. My parts are swollen, red, and burning like I have never seen before. And you can skip putting ice as it did NOTHING for me. Only thing that gave me relief was a warm shower for 30 minutes, just sitting at the bottom with a warm wash rag on my parts. After that I kept my movement as minimal as possible and I’m currently laying in bed at 3am waiting it out praying I don’t need a trip to the ER."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I picked this up after a few days of mild itching, no smelly discharge or anything to crazy. I inserted it and within 5 minutes it began to burn and itch. It is currently 4 am and I have been awake for the the last 3 hours tossing and turning. I went to the bathroom and looked at what was going on down there and my outer labia is puffy and red. I had to pee hoping it would make it better but no luck. The stuff came out along with some discharge. I do not recommend my symptoms are worse than before!!"

"I just got the generic brand of the monistat 1 it was like $20. This is a very strong medication although it said one day, the instruction pamphlet said that complete relief will come in 7 days for most women. I applied the topical cream 3x a day, the cream did burn a little after immediate application but settled down day 1 incredibly itchy, ice pack on lady bits, intense burn about 20 min after putting the oval capsule in, there was quite a bit of discharge from it. Day 2 a little bit better, not much. Day 3 itching is way less, small discharge, Day 4 & 5 not much change. Day 6 almost nothing, just super dry day 7 completely done, no itch no burn, still a little dry down there but overall a success. hang in there!"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Went to Walmart looking for Monistat 1 but they were out so I bought Tioconazole 1, I showered and did my regular cleaning routine and laid down and inserted it and rubbed what was left on the outside. I immediately felt relief, the itching stopped right away and the soreness went away. I feel great and haven’t experienced any swelling. Will most definitely recommend and purchase again if needed."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I have been having some itching for a couple days, noticed the normal yeast discharge. Went to get the monistat 1 as I normally do. I like the one and done. I’m a busy girl. They didn’t have it. I wanted to take something ASAP. Got this instead, it was cheaper. Got home and took it. Today I just worked from bed, as I used it in the morning. It’s now 5 hours in and I have none of these crazy burning, extra itchiness or swelling symptoms. I would recommend it. I’m already feeling better and not itchy."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "PLEASE! PLEASE!!!!!! Never use this!!!! I've only had 1 yeast infection in my life so this is my second, I'm in menopause now. This medicine is the worst kind of any kind of medicines in this world!!!! It honestly feels as if you have put acid in you! I thought I was going to have an heart attack, I was that scared thinking I was having an allergic reaction, because that's truly what it feels like. Ladies save yourself ALOT of discomfort and just call or go see your doctors...think about it, something that is so discomforting can't be good for our bodies!!!!"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I did not experience any burning and itching while using this. If you have any burning or itching you might have BV or an untreated STI, or even a very severe case of yeast infection. Make sure you have a yeast infection before using this product or you will have those adverse reactions."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I used this product and then read the reviews, this may seem a bit backwards - I know. Either way the medication was beneficial. I showered and then used the application - there was an increase in irritation but the following morning I felt very relieved. I recommend going to see a physician and requesting a fluconazole tablet to make sure the infection is completely gone."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Had a YI that was very frustrating. I thought about trying the homeopathic remedies that I have read are effective but ended up buying the walgreens generic of the ointment that you insert. The first day I felt little relief with steady YI discharge, no smell at all, vag was very swollen and itchy. Day two: no itch, a little swelling. Day 3: little to no itching mainly parts that feel dry. Tomorrow is day four. Question do I wash out my vag on day 7 I think there is still a lot of medicine still inside me and just curious if it needs to be cleaned completely out."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "This over the counter tioconazole drug is horrible. I applied it at night and as soon as I jumped into bed I felt so much heat and was asking my friends with their experience and they told me I shouldn’t have used this product. I stuck it out til the morning and found that it burnt my vagina and left me completely tore up and swollen. So I woke up and sat in the bathtub trying to get all the medication out while thinking about going to the hospital because it looked like fire was in my vagina. Meanwhile the yeast infection continued to worsen. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WHAT SO EVER. Just having the infection is better than using this product. I recommend going to the doctor or hospital if you got the same effect that I got from this over the counter product."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Bottom line, this product did not cure my yeast infection. It only provided temporary relief. I didn't have any terrible side effects- just some swelling and itching. There's a good chance this product will hurt you or not work. Ask a doctor what medicine to use. Mine suggested clotrimazole three day."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "This is the second time I've used this drug for a vaginal yeast infection. The first time I had intense burning and itching following insertion but it only lasted about 20 minutes. This time though... It's been an hour and a half... I'm writhing in pain. The burning and itching is unbearable. I typically handle pain well but this is just outrageous. Next yeast infection will be treated with the anti fungal pill."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Inserted Tioconazole 1 day three days ago. My vagina is so swollen I’m afraid I’m going to have to go to the hospital or something. It’s unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I was hoping it was just irritated and that the medicine would do it’s job but I am more itchy than ever. Do not purchase this product."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Experienced burning and redness as a result of this medication. I don't understand why/how products like this that burn and irritate the user are over the counter yet diflucan (fluconazole) which is an oral yeast infection medicine with no side effects is prescription only. It is completely backwards and makes women suffer and experience more discomfort and pain vs painless pill. It's been 4 days since I took this medicine and still feeling raw and uncomfortable."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Works great for a 1 day treatment for me. I had severe pain with Monistat 1, less with Monistat 3 & zero pain w monistat 7 which I prefer bc it’s not an ointment but you have to apply for 7days. The only downside to ticonazole 1 for me is that it’s an ointment that feels greasy & the feeling lingers a bit for a couple days after."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Felt cool going in. Seemed promising. Woke up to the itching and burning but really, I feel this with any product. I would rather put up with it for one day, not 3 or 7 days. In the past, the other products also burned...the whole time! So, sitting in a bath, with mild soap, washing it off the outside and more shallow inside part, then put on coconut oil or olive oil. This helped me. Putting on the coconut oil during the day helps too....and coconut oil actually is mildly antifungal!"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Pre-treatment, my only symptom was severe burning during intercourse. I went to my doctor and found out I have a yeast infection. I used this product at about 3pm, laid down for an hour, and went about my day, unknowingly that I should have used it at bedtime. I didn't have any side effects at all but it also didn't cure the infection. One week later, I bought another box, used it again, correctly and at bedtime. I had slight tingling before I fell asleep. I woke up 7 hours later and had no side effects besides discharge. It has been 4 days since, and still nothing but some light spotting, cramping, and discharge. I'm not yet sure it cured the infection because of no intercourse, which is why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. My infection may not be as severe as other reviewers but I'm not sure. I have used egg ovules in the past and I do remember how bad they burned, so I do at least have a reference."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "If you are in the early stages of your yeast infection then Tioconazole is a good choice. If you are in the later stages you do not want to use this product. It will cause further itching, and burning. In turn, your vagina will be raw."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I grabbed the equate tioconazole 1 day after my spouse accidentally used body oil instead of lube causing a mild yeast infection and general discomfort the next day. I inserted at about 9:30 pm and definitely had more itching than before using the product. After about 2ish hours I went ahead and ran a bath after reading some reviews and deciding it wasn’t worth the risk. I cleaned up so there was only a thin layer and that stopped the itching. So now I wait to see if I will have a swollen vagina tomorrow or not I guess"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I must agree with one person that said it burn and itches like crazy but it will be worth it. I also took this because antibiotics gave me a yeast infection. I insert it the night before woke feeling worse itch and burning and swelling. I took a shower and I also rinsed down there with cool water and after an hour or two swelling went down and itch went away. Discharge is gone only a slight burn which is fine. Trust me I felt like the rest of them I almost regret using it. But now I'm glad I did"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Worst experience. I was so upset after using this. Upset at my doctor for recommending it and upset I actually tried it when I know I don't like any kind of vaginal cream or gel. The medication is worst than the infection. After using this, my vagina was burning, swollen and it hurt to even wipe it when I pee. I wish I had just asked my doctor for the diflucan pill. I will never use this again."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "This is my second time using this product for chronic yeast infection and severe burning both times, but it truly works. Help hint: leave the treatment in for at least 3 mins, bare the pain for 3 mins then douche the product out with warm water and your symptoms will disappear!"
