"Entered CCU with 95% blockage in LAD. Stent placement, prescribed Brilinta 90 mg 2x daily with daily 81 mg aspirin, statin, and BP med. I've been taking Brilinta for 18 months, tired all the time lately, and concerned about bleeding effects with long-term use. I did have an episode where my heart was skipping beats, requiring an ER visit, but no cause was determined. Brilinta information sheet states that the 90 mg dose is for the first year following a PCI event, so I'll follow up with the cardiologist to see about switching to aspirin only."

"Great experience, no problem. I feel great. I have been on Brilinta 60 mg for over 3 years, and I am so thankful that this drug works for me. I have had no side effects. I will recommend this treatment to anyone that has heart conditions. It has helped me continue to live a happy life."

"I have 27 stents. Recently, I was put on Brilinta and feel like I could sleep all day. I have shortness of breath. I have heartburn with this terribly. I thought it was my imagination until I read the reviews, and wow, I am not crazy after all. I just hope the side effects get better as I work a job, and the fatigue is awful. I was on Plavix, but the blockages kept coming. I like Plavix better, but hopefully the side effects will lighten up."

"Just started it a few days ago. I am experiencing slight difficulty in getting enough air when at rest. This began 2 days ago while still hospitalized after the insertion of a stent, the DES type."

"It was so bad having this drug. It has too many side effects. From the first dosage, it started stomach aching, and I had pain. Would never recommend."

"The drug Brilinta worked, but was so expensive I was switched to Plavix. Their drug assistance program is a sham."
