Tepezza (teprotumumab) "While taking the infusion my eyes improved drastically; going from double vision to single vision. Side effects were bothersome, but tolerable. However, after finishing in October 2021, I am now experiencing loss of fingernail strength and my nails are not growing. They are splitting and peeling. I went from having long very strong nails to no nail growth. My eyes have also gone backward in some ways such as the dryness and feeling like I have sand in one eye is back as well when I look hard to the right side, I do see double."

Tepezza (teprotumumab) "I have had 6 of the 8 infusions. I have had good improvements in the appearance of bulging, redness and eye discomfort. I have had some improvement in blurriness but still can't see well without my prism glasses. I did not have a lot of double vision but I have even less now. For side effects, I have the ear ringing which is getting louder and a stopped up ear feeling like they need to pop but won't. Just started to have muscle spasms after the 6th dose. I have some loss of taste. No issues with the infusion process and no nausea or tiredness. Time will tell about long term effectiveness and if hearing problems stop after I am off of it."

Tepezza (teprotumumab) "I have only had 1 dose but my eyebrow headaches are gone. My eyes are not as quickly fatigued and I have less light sensitivity over past 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to my next infusion as I had no reaction to the first infusion (other than a little bruise at infusion site) so that is a plus for me."

Tepezza (teprotumumab) "I had Tepezza treatment infusions beginning July 2023 & ending Dec 2023 as directed. Infusion treatments went fine with very few side effects, except tiredness. Protrusion of my eyeball went down slightly, but they were never horribly bulgy to begin with. I sometimes still have a bit of the 'The TED Eye Stare' look' going on & my eyes are red & sometimes itchy. With TED, my eyes began to water excessively especially when the temperature goes below 65 degrees. For anyone who has this watery eye condition, TEPEZZA most likely will not help. I had hoped the watery eyes would decrease, but did not. About 4 to 6 weeks after my infusions stopped, I began to notice that my once strong & long fingernails began to split, chip, weaken, & finally break midway to cuticle. This has been very painful (& ugly). I am 7 mos post & still having split nails, apparently happens to many patients. With treatments I did OK, but wish my eyes would stop watering & nails would strengthen."

Tepezza (teprotumumab) "I have only had one infusion thus far, and I had a slight headache the day it was administered and one day after. Since then, I have had no other adverse response to the medication; however, I still have 7 more infusions to go. We shall see."
