"I have had occasional problems falling asleeep, mostly due to some severe personal problems too lengthy to go into here, but the upshot was my b/p was 195 over 95! Unable to eat or sleep. I was given 2 mg. klonopin and it seemed like a miracle!!! I bacame relaxed during the day time, and started sleeping all night long! I love it! After about 6 months or so. I had to increase the doseage by a half a pill. Many times if I do a lot of physical work in a day, I don't even need one. Love em!"

For Insomnia "I’ve struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember, sometimes not too bad, and sometimes very bad. I was extremely hesitant on taking this, because I’ve never taken any kind of benzodiazepine before, and I was well aware that they are a very dark and destructive drug. After exhausting every option including CBT, I finally gave up and got some 15mg pills. First night I took 1 as directed and nothing. Second night I took 2 and nothing. Third night I took 3 and noticed that it did calm my mind a bit (maybe 50%), which felt amazing since I have 5 different thoughts consisting of 5 different emotions flowing through my head at all times 24/7. It didn’t help me sleep because I woke up 2 hours after falling asleep right to the same old racing thoughts that keep me up at night. I threw the rest away after my little experiment since I have no interest in taking 45+mg every night and then taking more every time I wake up throughout night. Absolutely not"

For Insomnia "My doctor gave me the 15 mg to try over this past weekend. I have lots of pain, and it keeps me awake. 15 mg really didn't help me fall asleep, but I took the 2 other pills that I was trying to get away from about 3AM, then I slept until 11AM. This happened 2 days in a row. 3 night I took two 15 mg pills, and it still took forever to get to sleep, but I did get there, and was up at 8AM. I'm going to take them early tonight, and see how it goes. I only had 10 to try. Maybe like some reviews I read I need a kicker of some kind."

For Insomnia "As a chronic insomniac, I have trouble not only getting to sleep but staying asleep. Temazepam works wonderfully: 7-8 hours of blissful sleep. There are no side effects that I have noticed."
