"Have to admit it works, but the metallic taste in mouth and heart palpitations make me nervous. Haven’t slept for two days because of fast heartbeat. Called my doctor, but he prescribed some medication to reduce the palpitations. Not sure what to expect. It’s the early second month into the treatment with this med. Fingers crossed."

"This medicine helped with the pain. There used to be a time I could not move due to my psoriatic arthritis in my legs, neck, shoulders, and down my spine. I also suffer from psoriasis and it helps to mild the flare-up as well. But I have to take another medicine called Taltz, they work together to give you better results."

"Took a while to feel worthwhile improvements. Also a long (nearly 2 months) of side effects like hot flushes about an hour after taking pill. Serious bloating & nausea & loss of appetite. Disturbed sleeping, still happening. Dropped 5kg, which is not a bad thing when you have arthritis. Now"

"Great response. Reduces P.A. symptoms to virtually zero. Been taking it for 30+ years with no side effects other than increased bleeding if I cut myself."

"I have noticed steady weight gain and swelling, especially in my legs and ankles, on sulfasalazine. I'm going to discuss it with my doctor and hope he will put me back on methotrexate."

"Very easy to use. I take 1000 mg twice a day. Am a little anemic but all other blood work has been good for over 15 years. Take with methotrexate for psoriatic arthritis."
