I had taken 25 mg viagra and within 24 hours experienced sudden sensonurieal hearing loss (Ssnhl)! I lost about 70% of my hearing in the right ear and also experienced aural fullness (feels as if your ear would be full of water)! I also experienced ringing in the ears, and muffled distorted sounds! I went to my doctor and the emergency department where they injected my inner ear with steroids, as well as put me on high dose prednisone 50mg per day! The injection took place about 3 days after I began prednisone and i was very lucky that i got my hearing back 100% after the injection into the ear! The dr said it was a 50/50% at best! So i just want to warn people that there is a small chance of hearing loss with this and other ED drugs and believe me having healthy hearing is way more important than having firmer erections!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "I am 73. Been taking Viagra for some years with mixed results. Have a meal about 6 PM and take Viagra around 8 PM. At 11 PM, I do not have a great erection and it won't last, but at 7 AM the next morning, I have a great and lasting erection. My wife does not prefer morning sex but will to please me. I prefer late evening sex after a bath/shower. I think the meal gap is not enough? Viagra seems to get absorbed overnight and hence provides a good hard erection in the morning. The effect lasts a lot longer than the 4 hours suggested. Maybe I'll try taking it earlier."

I started with 50mg but reduced to 25mg and kept the great results. Hard for approximately 30 minutes a session, always ending in sensational climaxes. Have increased frequency of intercourse to about 5-day intervals (34 times over the past 6 months!). This is because the sex is so fabulous, and we are both not at all impatient to finish.
