Skyrizi (risankizumab) for Psoriatic Arthritis "Have been treating with several drugs over the past 8 years. First with no side effects for me. Pain & swelling returns 4 to 5 weeks prior to next injection, 10 days later I'm great again. Believe injections should be sooner as 3 months is a long time for any med to last. First one I can tolerate without rashes, medical side effects. Will keep taking it..."

Skyrizi (risankizumab) for Crohn's Disease "Previously on Entiviyo until efficacy declined and symptoms came back. Skyrizi chosen due to past history with CNS lymphoma. Symptoms disappeared after initial dosing of Skyrizi. Just had my second 8-week interval self-dosing and still no Crohn’s symptoms. I have had a bout of pneumonia (not new for me) while on Skyrizi. My immunoglobulin G was just tested and is slightly below acceptable range. Self-dosing is easy to do and have had no problems."

Skyrizi (risankizumab) for Plaque Psoriasis "I have currently taken three shots of Skyrizi. Prior to Skyrizi, I was on acitretin for about a year. To me, it seemed to have dried out all of my body parts. At 41 years old, I was scared that I was basically ruined for the rest of my life. My dermatologist introduced me to Skyrizi, and it helped my life tremendously."

Skyrizi (risankizumab) for Psoriasis "I had psoriasis over most of my body. Flaking scales (especially my scalp) were making me not want to go out. Skyrizi has been life-changing for me! Two and a half years using it and my skin is absolutely clear. I haven't noticed any side effects and feel very healthy."

Skyrizi (risankizumab) "I started Skyrizi in 2020. I have inverse psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and HD. My inverse was so severe the impact on my life was devastating. Within months, my inverse was almost completely gone with very minor flares. My PSA greatly reduced, and I have not had a single lesion from HD. After 2 years on Skyrizi, I finally was able to see a rheumatoid arthritis specialist to treat my PSA. They added sulfasalazine to my treatment. I was completely cured of all 3. Due to insurance battles, I had to go without my injection for 6 months, and all my symptoms returned. I'm a 100% service-connected disabled veteran, and the VA refused to cover Skyrizi despite being unable to take methotrexate. I have had zero side effects. Zero increase in respiratory infections. In fact, despite multiple intimate contacts with individuals with active COVID, I did not get COVID. I used to get pneumonia annually, but since starting Skyrizi, I have not gotten pneumonia. It is a miracle cure for me."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "No side effects at all and easy to use. Seems to calm things down for a few weeks after injection, and it’s helped with plaques pretty well, but hand and joint inflammation returns shortly after, often with a vengeance. Still experiencing major flares despite being on it for 10 months. Looking to try a new biologic in combination with MTX. Likely Remicade next. Any suggestions?"
