"Probably the most effective acute preventative treatment for migraine I have ever tried, in 15 years (following a minor head injury and developing migraine as a result) this is the only drug I can rely on to intercept a migraine. Side effects: nausea and tiredness, also constipation and chronic burping. I still feel it’s worth taking despite this."

"Tired, dry, sore eyes that twitch. Abdominal pain, churning stomach. Constipation. Helped with lessening the intensity of migraine, but did not necessarily remove the migraine entirely."

"Have been using Nurtec since it came out. My neurologist was quick to suggest it might help and prescribed it for me every other day as soon as it was approved for a preventive migraine med. I found it to be quite helpful in reducing the intensity of the migraines, but overall the frequency was better reduced with Botox treatments - so both work well together. I tried Nurtec for an acute med, but Ubrelvy worked much better for me in the gepant category acutely."
