For Herbal Supplementation "As a menopausal woman, I found this herb to be very, very useful in restoring the vaginal moisture. As a woman ages, the vaginal walls become thin and dry, causing sexual intercourse to be painful. It also causes itching. Makes it feel like you have a yeast infection, but you do not. I was using some estriol cream, but the doctor said that could possibly cause cancer. So this herb MP really did help without any side effects. Also, it did cause breast enlargement, which for me was a plus since I had lost most of my breast tissue with age. I have tried other herbal combinations for hormones, and they work really well for stopping my hot flashes. But this one was great for the above-mentioned benefits. I have noticed some improvement in my hair. It was dry and straw-like but has become soft and silky. I am 65 years old. Wish I had known about this sooner."

For Herbal Supplementation "I love this herb. It has stopped vaginal dryness as I'm over 65 and enlarged my breasts and even given a lift to the skin. I feel calmer and have much more sanity... and less fog brain... I've also noticed my nails starting to grow again and my hair is shiny. So, this might work better for those who have gone through menopause, but not before... after reading the other reviews. I do know that fenugreek, wild yam, black cohosh, or saw palmetto can help relieve pain during menstrual time for younger women, and it can enlarge the breasts, but it does increase the estrogen. I do believe that's why it works so well for women who have gone through menopause. Thanks."

For Herbal Supplementation "Last year, a representative of Pueraria came to me. Actually, he belongs to my locality. He then showed me some products, such as Tulsi, herbal toothpaste, soap, and pain relief oil. I was not interested, as the price of products was too much. Then, some days later, one of my known grandpas told me if I could help him with the intolerable pain in his knees. I then recalled the products and recommended the pain relief oil. He insisted that I bring that oil. I bought it and gave it to him. You can't believe that almost at the end of every drop he used, he benefitted nothing. I felt ashamed to stand in front of him. Still, I remember the incident that took place last year."

For Herbal Supplementation "I had a horrible experience. It made me hallucinate and suicidal, depressed. I didn't want to leave my house.
