Pirtobrutinib "Jaypirca has worked very well for me. Jaypirca is my fourth Btk, Bcl2 blocker. I have never felt better. Unfortunately, my oncologist has informed me that Jaypirca also will eventually fail me. I have been taking it for about one year. Unfortunately, there is nothing out and approved to transition to when my SLL will learn how to mutate and cause the Jaypirca to be ineffective. I have had no side effects from the Jaypirca and will continue to take 100 milligrams daily until it is no longer effective."

Pirtobrutinib for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia "Joint pain below rotators. Pain in scapula. Feels like muscles and tendons skipping over bone. Doctors don't know anything yet as to if it will get worse or calm down. Very frustrating."

Pirtobrutinib for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia "I have red/purple circular lesions resembling a bite. They enlarge, seal over, and sometimes ooze a yellowish liquid, which seems to cause the area to enlarge."

For Mantle Cell Lymphoma "I have been on Pirtobrutinib for 10 weeks. I am experiencing lower leg swelling, shortness of breath doing any exertion, and fatigue. I conclude that the side effects are tolerable as long as the pill is working, and my oncologist is pleased with my progress."
