Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I have been suffering horribly with nausea for quite some time, but recently it's gotten to the point where the prescription I've been taking for years doesn't work well enough.. so after trying many many different meds, Emetrol has become my number 1 OTC med for nausea by FAR it works almost immediately and keeps me from vomiting almost all day. Sometimes I'll take another dose before bed. In fact I almost never take the RX I have, in favor of Emetrol. I honestly cannot express my gratitude to this medication enough. It lets me leave home and take my son out for the day without worrying if I'll be too sick. It's my saving grace, my absolute MVP!! Thank u to the makers, because without this product my life would be very miserable!"

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I was vomiting for over a day. I was ready to go to the hospital for an IV because I was so dehydrated. As a last ditch effort, I asked my husband to go to the drug store and ask the pharmacist if there was something OTC that could help... they recommended this. I took it, and it was all I needed. No more vomiting after the dose... a God send!"

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I am convinced if you can stomach the taste of these things then you're not going to vomit. They're absolutely disgusting. But, they seem to work. I'm laid up with covid and keep getting waves of nausea. They help for a bit then I have to suffer through another dose. Since I'm phobic of vomit I guess suffering through the taste is worth it. Pro tip, crush it up and swallow it quick with a mouthful of drink if you can. The texture is almost as bad as the taste"

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I recently had my tonsils out and the medication they gave me makes me extremely nauseous especially while being in the car. I stopped at target to get something on a long car drive and I was told not to get Dramamine but to try Emetrol by the pharmacist. When I got back in the car, I took it and I didn't have nausea for the rest of the night! (4:30pm-2am). This stuff is great and really works. It is very sugary but it does the trick."

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "These tablets are a lifesaver. They really do work quickly, I always prefer a liquid to something I have to chew. I am one of the rare people I guess that does not like mint flavored anything!! Even gum. I am pleased with the wild cherry flavor, the only thing I wish sometimes is that it was a liquid. I tried Emetrol( liquid nausea medicine) and I end up having to drink the entire bottle, from morning to night. It does work, but not for $6 a day!! I recently got prescribed Zofran 8mg, and the Nauzene truly works better and faster!! I highly recommend."

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I've woken up plenty of time with vertigo, and not being able to find something that gets rid of the awful dizziness and nausea. I bought nauzene, and it lives up to its rep to work in just four min, I suggest you still take it easy after you take the medicine. It cost me $8 not happy about the price but definitely worth it. Box comes with 50 tab. Recommended!"

I eat the cherry chewables and I think they taste pretty good actually way better than tums. Just wondering what version of this are people taking that is so awful"

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "My Fiancé had a little too much fun the night before. He was vomiting all day, and could not keep any fluids down. I go him the emetrol and he vomited 5 minutes after because he had just drank water. So right after he vomited I gave him more. Told him not to drink anything. It took about 4 doses. This was a very severe hangover. He was throwing up until 10pm at night. But this stuff did the trick! 15 minutes afterwards, I had him take small sips of Gatorade and water every 5 minutes. He finally fell asleep and kept his liquids down. I highly recommend this stuff!"

I went out for dinner last night and had an appetite. I felt fine all night, which is such a relief. I was thinking of stopping Wegovy because the nausea is really hard. Now I think I have conquered the one major side effect."

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I have to say, it tastes wicked good. I've been sick with a stomach bug since 5ish this morning. I vomited it all out earlier and have been able to keep food and liquid down, but have been having those queasy feelings since then that are more annoying than threatening. Anyway, I took Emetrol for the first time ever at 4:40 pm. I've had this bottle forever but haven't really had a reason to use it, until now as this is my first time vomiting in 7 years. It burns a bit going down and has an interesting throat feel, but it tastes so good I don't even mind. Yes, you can taste the medicine somewhat, but it's not that bad. Especially considering what I was tasting and having burn in my throat earlier. It has only been 4 minutes, but I do feel a difference. I will definitely use this again! :) 9/10 so far just because I still need to see where time takes me."

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I'd been on anti-anxiety meds (Lexapro) for over a year, and just started tapering off of it. About a month into tapering I started experiencing horrible nausea and vomiting as if I got the stomach flu. I vomited myself in front of the pharmacist, LOL literally, and while I was teary-eyed from the exhaustion of the side effects she recommended Emetrol. I took it and the nausea went away completely, THANK GAWD :D"

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I have the stomach flu for 8 days now I have been able to keep drinks down and some crackers but my stomach hurt and the nausea was unbearable. I got Zolfran from the doc but u can only take it 2 times a day. All I wanted was for the nausea to stop after trying a lot of otc stuff I found emetrol and I was thinking there is no way this is going to work but I was so done with being nauseous I gave it a try one thing I can say is it burns my throat, you are not supposed to have water rite after taking it but I need a sip. Also you take it every 15 mins until it works so you end up taking a lot of it. I wish it worked in one dose the taste on it makes me wanna throw up and I did. I took 3 doses and just throw it all up the taste is to strong now that I am nauseous again and not sure if I should take more I felt like it was working earlier then as I am writing a review I start throwing up again. I still can't eat"

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I read all the reviews and I figured I'd try it cuz everyone was saying it was a 9 out of 10 except for 1 or 2 reviews. So I was really nauseous and I took a dose and about 10 mins later I was puking. I have emetophobia (fear of vomiting) so I figured this would help but sadly it didn't.. I'll re try it again in the future though."

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I have been having severe sudden onset nausea during the during the night and Nauzene is the only med that will stop it quickly but for me it only lasts about 2 hours and then I have to take more. But my bile duct is blocked so that is the reason for my nausea. The nauzene does help though."

Emetrol for Nausea (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "When I was around 8 we had a babysitter that used Emetrol. She showed it to my mom, I had been sick, and made me feel so much better! My mom kept it in the house always after that day! I swear by it and used it with my children and now my grandchildren! Great product, if you need to vomit it will make you. If not it makes you feel much better."

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "Nauzine seems to work well but they taste like an old ladys house smells. Atrocious!!! They are absolutely disgusting! They taste so bad that the next time I need them I’ll have to ask myself if the relief they give me will be worth trying to choke them down. It almost makes me angry that the manufacturer produced something so inedible. I appreciate that they want to help me get rid of my nausea but it seems like thats where they stopped. Theres no way anyone who manufactures them has actually tasted them or they wouldn't have put them on the market."

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "So I took Plan B about a week ago and just now started feeling very nauseous. It lasted the whole night and I took my last Zofran that helped for about 6 hours but then it was back. I picked up this medicine to help relieve the nausea and it definitely helped! I’m still not 100% but I’m a lot better than I was a couple hours ago. Give this a try!"

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I have gastrointestinal issues secondary to medication side effects. Sometimes I experience strong nausea. I tried Nauzene a couple of times to treat it, and although the chewable tabs tasted good and were easy to take, it didn't help. Prescription Zofran, Tums Ultra Strength chews, and Gas-X took away the nausea very quickly."

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I have very frequent acid reflux and related nausea, and this medicine works where other medicines haven't. I can take it the moment the nausea or acidic burn in my throat starts, and it will usually subside shortly after. Sometimes it takes a few repeated doses, but it definitely beats the vomiting I used to experience. The taste isn't great, and some doses taste worse than others, but it's tolerable. It definitely tastes better than Tums or Rolaids, and it works better for me than those do. It's also kind of hard to find around here sometimes, so I tend to stockpile a few boxes when I find it."

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "My husband brought this home to help me with major nausea while having covid. I guess I didn't think it would contain an enormous amount of sugar which I can't have. (sugar in some form). I almost went into a sugar coma. I could not stop shaking. I felt like I drank 5 cups of espresso and my sugar levels were off the chart. Miserable from head to toe. It also gave me heartburn. I will never touch it again."

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I don’t really know how to feel about this sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t know what else to take but I had come across good reviews for this on the internet. I don’t know if it’s more of a mental thing or what. The bottle does go very fast! When you take the 15 mg and if you have to double dose than it will go even faster. I would give it a try being that it does kind of work but if you don’t like very sweet cherry I would stay away from this"

Nauzene (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I first bought Nauzene when I had my tonsillectomy surgery and I got nauseous from the pain meds. It helped me from not throwing up and hemorrhaging. Now a couple years later, and almost expired I woke up with extreme nausea and vomiting from an upset stomach. I took Nauzene- cherry flavor (not too bad, pretty good), and my nausea went away so I could relax and get some sleep! Only thing I wish the expiration date was longer. I have tons of tablets left, and they will expire soon. I don't use them often, but I love to have them around."

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) "I did work for me for 2 hours then the nausea came back and the 4oz bottle I finished in 8 servings, they recommend to have no more than 5 servings in an hour so the bottle was gone in less than 3 hours, I will not buy it again. The pharmacist recommended."
