For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "This does not work. For two years my left eye looks like something from a horror movie. It looks like I was hit with a double hockey-stick to all observers. There is no pain or itch. I have been told its "covid-pink-eye." but I don't agree."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "Gave me zero relief from itching and watering eyes. I tried applying after my eyes felt irritated and in the morning before going outside. Neither worked. Visine seems to work better for four times the amount at half the price."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "Pataday is amazing. One little drop in each eye in the morning, and the redness goes away within seconds. Pataday definitely improves my vision throughout the day, especially during allergy season. And, you only have to wait 15 minutes before you can put your contacts in. I don't experience any side effects, except a thinner wallet."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "It’s very weird to hear people talk about how expensive it is. On Amazon it’s $16 and at Walmart $20. It may work better for some people than others but If you have really bad allergies like I did you’d pay almost anything. I’ve had multiple eye issues and I don’t know why but Rx ophthalmic solutions are like liquid gold. $100 for .5 ml after insurance is nothing, so cost of this is minuscule by comparison and so worth it if it works"

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "I have always had allergies that affected my eyes in the worst ways. Even on off season, there would be times I couldn’t even open my eyes because they’d be burning and itching. I’ve tried everything under the sun that my doctors have prescribed me and OTC. I randomly decided to pick the Extra Strength once a day version at Target after years of medications failing on me. Within minutes, I was better! No burning, itchy redness. No painful irritation. The only issue I had was everything was super blurry for me for about 5 minutes after the eye drops were put in (but I’ll take it! I’ve had worse side effects). After that, I can see clear as day with no irritation!!"

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "Pataday seemed to do the trick for a few weeks, but after a month or so, I developed conjunctivitis. I thought perhaps I was sick and continued using the eye drops, but over time, my conjunctivitis worsened."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "Drops work GREAT! I started using them and total relief! I was so excited. Day 4: woke up with eyes so puffy I can barely open them, and I have a headache. Unfortunately I won’t be continuing using them. If they didn’t do this to me, I’d love them."

"I have sensitive eyes that ocassionally react to something I have used on my face or something that has made contact with my eyes via my hands. My eyes sting and get itchy and the skin around them gets scaly and dry and pulls, so it is very uncomfortable. Nothing else helps but Pataday always returns my eyes to normal within a couple days, sometimes the first day I use it. It is expensive but worth the relief I get from it."

"After just one day of using Pataday, I woke up for the first time with my eyes feeling normal and comfortable. I want to give this medication a chance and well worth the cost. I don't have insurance either. For years I have been suffering with eye pain, dryness and pressure. Sun sensitive. Today after one dose I feel terrific."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "This eye drop comes in two strengths, once a day and twice a day. The twice daily worked like a charm for several years-long term itch, burn, dryness cured! But now it has lost its effectiveness and leaves me with watery eyes and blurred vision. Hope to find something different that works at this point. PS people seem confused about pricing...the price is ~$20 now that you can buy it OTC."

"My eye doctor removed a splinter from my eye (had been left there for more than a week - long after the initial injury). She gave me a Pataday prescription, but I was able to buy it over the counter for much less. It works for the pain and itching so far, and I don't think I'll need to use it for very long. No problem here."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "I love Pataday. I disagree with a few negative comments here. I know, at least for me, per year, I no longer am scratching my eyes when I use pataday. I am grateful. I love it. My eyes are blurry when I first use it for a mere 5 seconds or less. I love how it immediately works. I wake up and no more feel of the "crust"(conjunctivitis) that I used to have. I am happy. I once paid up to IN CASH/CREDIT $260 to $302.00 for PATANOL brand prescribe by expert allergist, years ago. I had ZERO complaints. I need REAL help controlling my allergies each year (spring) end of March or lil sooner than that, throughout May. So now, I regularly (each spring season) use it for 4 to 8 weeks or as warranted. I always having on me a bottle of it. I only use PATADAY and I am happy. As the old saying goes, "You GET what YOU paid for." I am one who shall splurge if it is for a bottle so tiny (and it is) to a big size for my eyes. I pay 18.50 to $26.00 for PATADAY adios."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "This worked so well. My allergies caused severe nosebleeds. This helped control them until allergy shots could take over. A decade later, I am not doing more allergy shots, so I use these when allergies occasionally pop up."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "I got an eye exam. All good. My left eye has been weeping for months. I wake up with crust in the corner. Little pimple things too. The dr recommended patadat and gave me a $5 off coupon. When I went to get it it’s on sale for 25% off too. So I got the 2 bottles pack for $24. It’s only a drop in each eye so I think it’s fair price because other drops are expensive and don’t work for me. I felt relief all day yesterday. Today is my second day. I am happy so far!"

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "After reading the reviews, I wonder what people believe these eye drops are capable of. One reviewer said the eye drops stuffed up his sinuses and made his allergies worse. A lot of us have bad allergies but sometimes the reaction to allergens is so bad that eye drops don't resolve the issue. With Pataday Extra strength, for the most part, it works wonders and relieves itchiness. It works better than every other over the counter product I've used including Bausch & Lomb products."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "My husband bought an over the counter small bottle for $21. You use only one drop once a day. The bottle will last. It immediately stopped my horrible itchy eyes. I get this in the spring - allergies galore. I prefer using this to gouging my eyes out because of itch and also ageing my eyes when doing so. Just like all reviews for various items. We are not using the prescription type. Perhaps it’s stronger, but this works."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "Eye doctor told me my eye was swollen and itchy due to allergies. The pollen count was crazy, and this is the first time experiencing this. He gave me a $5-off coupon. The medicine immediately worked! The swelling was gone in one hour, and the itching was gone in less than 5 minutes. The price was mind-blowing, and the coupon was greatly appreciated, but it is so expensive for such a tiny bottle. Since I don't need this medication for much longer, I got what I paid for: instant relief. If I had to use this for an extended period of time, I would not be as willing to spend that much money. Great product though."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "So many contradictory reviews, but I must say Pataday Extra Strength worked quite well for me. My 70-year-old eyes were VERY red, itchy, and VERY flaky. Never had that before. Doctor recommended trying this. Even though the packaging states once a day, he said twice a day. I noticed an improvement within about 3 days. It has now been a week, and symptoms are virtually gone. A bonus for me is that some occasional blurriness I was experiencing also seems to have improved a bit. I wear glasses but not for everything, so they are on and off all day long. Since using Pataday, I am generally seeing more clearly, especially when watching TV (w/o glasses) or reading (w/glasses). Maybe it is because I am using the Extra Strength."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "I have a real problem with itching eyes, especially during the spring and fall. I have been using Pataday for over a year (not every day) and it works like a charm. It is the only product that has given me complete relief. It quickly stops the itching without any side effects. I am so grateful to my Ophthalmologist for recommending Pataday to me."

For Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis "When I initially bought it, I was impressed because it didn’t produce the usual burn upon usage. Further along, it didn’t seem to be working. Fast forward a few months when my other drops expired, I used Pataday as needed and I still don’t get the burn upon usage but I have noticed that my eye itchiness is less. I also noticed the prices on this product have gone down slightly, although it’s too costly for the amount you purchase."
