"I ran out of my REFRESH and have tried SYSTANE in the past so I bought the ULTRA. Not aware that it could be causing problems. I recently have been having a lot of irritation, especially in my left eye to the point I woke up one morning with a broken blood vessel in my eye. Why looking online to see if it's still ok to use my Restasis with the broken vessel I came across these complaints against SYSTANE ULTRA. Now I know why my eyes have seemed dryer and more irritated than usual. When I put REFRESH in they soothed right away but with the SYSTANE ULTRA it didn't even feel like I was getting any relief, just the opposite!"
