"Used with my husband as a hormone-free alternative 2x. The first time we waited about 10 minutes after inserting, and afterwards, there was slight irritation on my end and not full-out bleeding, but pink cleanup. The next time we had sex about 20 minutes after inserting the gel, and afterwards it was slight irritation on my end, and there was some bright red bleeding. I think I’ll go back to using the strips. I’ve never had bleeding using the vag strips."

"Literally had sex just one time and used this for contraception and was pregnant! This is not a surefire contraceptive. If you definitely do not want more children, I'd suggest something that has a higher success rate. Or at least something more proven effective."

"Used it twice, Friday and Sunday, one day apart. Caused pain on intercourse and bleeding during intercourse the second time used. Friday, everything was fine."

"Wife used this for about six months when she was on the minipill, as we don't like condoms. Got a UTI twice. Worked in that she didn't get pregnant, but the UTI is a nasty side effect."

"When we used it, my husband had a severe reaction... he says it’s like peeing razor blades and can’t urinate whatsoever... I’m only having mild side effects-vaginal tissue is super sensitive and uncomfortable, and it only stung slightly when I peed."
