For Dietary Supplementation "Nature Made Super B-Complex Dietary Supplement with Vitamin C & Folic Acid. I'm taking it for vitamin B sufficiency. No aftertaste, heartburn, or gas. One in the morning, and my concentration and energy level is much improved."

For Dietary Supplementation "I only take this supplement intermittently, such as for times when I feel my energy level, immunity, and/or hormonal states are not sufficient. It helps with my sporadic acne issue as well. I love it. I feel lifted from my fatigue slump, and I am able to concentrate so much better."

For Dietary Supplementation "I'm 69 years old and have had bone spurs for at least 45 years. Every time the weather starts to change, I would know because of the pain, which has gotten worse with age. The only way I can describe the pain is it feels as though there are hundreds of little knives on my bones that are cutting into tissue and muscle. I have been getting steroid shots every 3 months for it for the past 5 years. In late November 2020, I happened to buy the Super Vitamin B Complex instead of the usual Vitamin B Complex. Two weeks later, I had to cancel the appointment for my shot due to snow and ice. I realized 2 days later that I hadn't felt any pain. I am supposed to get a shot 2 days from now. I'm going to cancel the appointment. There has been no pain during all the rain or bit of snow we've had. All in less than a month. I am so happy. I haven't had any side effects."
