For Dietary Supplementation "D3 with K2 is an excellent combination and keeps calcium out of the arteries and in bones where it belongs. I have taken it for years daily and highly recommend it. I took 5,000 IU for years but just upped it to 10,000 IU because I was depressed and only had a 25 score after testing, which is below optimal levels. My depression has been a lot better and nearly eliminated."

For Dietary Supplementation "D3/K2 was recommended by a friend. Took it for about 3 weeks with good results then suddenly developed an overwhelming rash over entire body. Upon further research, I find that rash is the number one adverse reaction. It’s taking a while to recover, but it is starting to clear up now."

For Dietary Supplementation "I was recommended this for D3 for lack of sun and advised K2. Diarrhea excessive after the first two weeks. Dizziness. Stomach and low back pain."
