"I have taken Centrum for Men, Centrum Silver, and Centrum Silver for Men and never had any problems with any of them. I really don’t know if these vitamins or any other vitamins are helpful or necessary, but for me, there has been no downside. I chose Centrum after my investigation, but after that, my doctor told me Centrum was what he would recommend. I also take flaxseed oil because it was recommended by the physician who performed LASIK in order to prevent dry eyes. Otherwise, I eat close to a Mediterranean diet and do a lot of aerobic exercise. Keeps me healthy at 73."
