"I'm taking mirtazapine for depression. I also have OCD. It helps with intrusive thoughts, but for the actual rituals, like hand washing, there has been little help."

"Drug was not good for sleep. Made me gain weight. Very dry mouth, bad interaction with Pepcid, an antacid. Could cause rhythm problems."
