"Having taken this at 10 weeks along with the vaginal tablets, I find out I am now 14 weeks pregnant, and the scan shows a normal pregnancy. I bled a lot and passed all sorts. I am now very confused. Before, I didn’t relate to the pregnancy, but now I see a baby on the screen. I can’t help but think taking the abortion pill must have or will cause a serious birth defect. I can’t seem to get a straight answer to this. If the baby is perfectly fine, I am now willing to go through with it, but if there are defects that I have caused by taking the pill, I don’t think I will be able to forgive myself seeing the child every day….."

"I put the pills in my mouth at 6:30 PM to dissolve for 30 minutes. The cramps kicked in instantly but started off mild and then got extremely painful as the minutes passed. At 6:40, I threw up because the pills can make you nauseous. At 7 PM, I started bleeding, and the products of conception and a large clot came out. The pain was the worst I have ever felt in my life, it was like excruciating pain for about 40 minutes. Once the products of pregnancy had passed, the cramps became mild, and you just bleed like a regular heavy period. It wasn’t too bad, to be honest."

"I took 4 mifepristone at 6 weeks and 5 days. It was much easier than I anticipated it to be. I did the procedure exactly as they told me, with an extra 800 ibuprofen. I didn't feel anything significantly big or painful pass, just clots. I prepared my body with herbs beforehand, took yellow dock and nettle (for iron/blood support), mucilaginous food like okra, marshmallow root, and aloe vera (for vaginal lubrication for a smoother exit), and nervines like passion vine, tulsi, skullcap, and mugwort to relax the pelvic floor. Ginger for nausea. Tons of water. I was eating fruit, salads, and smoothies a couple of days beforehand, stuff that wasn't heavy but nutrient-dense. I'm generally pretty healthy and felt like I really upped the nutrient support before this process. I heard bad stories and was concerned, but I think it just depends on your state of health. I am grateful for the ease and grace with which my body handled this medication. This was not a traumatic experience at all. Good luck."
