"Helped with the burning of my lower legs at night, constipation and pain in my joints and heart. I use it by putting a teaspoon of epsom salt in a glass of about a bit of warm water with a squirt of lemon juice followed by a full glass of water with lemon squirt. Just when I've been constipated too long."

"This is, in my opinion, a last resort for a serious bout of constipation that is pretty much guaranteed to relieve you. I’ve found it works best when one max dose is taken once a day for 2 days as opposed to one max dose every 6 hours or so like the directions say. That gives your body time to utilize it and produce a complete bowel movement that is not painful."
