"I tried several other forms of Magnesium and Magnesium glycinate seems to work best for me. I was still having leg cramps using the other types, but my legs cramps stopped after supplementing with the suggested dose of Albion Magnesium glycinate I had purchased online. When I added Magnesium glycinate to our regime, it also stopped the leg cramps for my husband. The one I take is 133 mg. I do take supplements of Calcium and Magnesium that also have combo of carbonate, aspartate and citrate but it was not effective by itself for the leg cramps. I have had no negative side effects from the Magnesium glycinate."
