Claritin-D (loratadine / pseudoephedrine) "I take the 24 hour CVS brand (Claritin D) ONLY when I'm really bad congested. And I also get post nasal drip when my allergies act up. It works 100 percent clears up my nose and stops the post nasal drip. Also helps with my headache to I get from my allergies acting up. I definitely experience the jitters and dry mouth.. I have an anxiety disorder so that's the part I don't because the jitters makes me fill more anxious. It does not effect my sleep like I read it does others. I take it every blue moon only when I'm really bad congested. I can handle the side effects."

Claritin-D (loratadine / pseudoephedrine) "I took different over the counter med for my allergies 24 hours in I thought I was drowning in my own fluids . Took Claritin D such a difference only did the 10 pack tho for 12 hour - no side effects. This will be my go to now."

"OMG I went to the doctor ( $75 copay) and then was prescribed this OTC legal “drug”. I tried to go to work and it felt like I was on something illegal. The pseudoephedrine ingredient caused me to hallucinate, couldn’t focus at all and I had the worst anxiety ever. I tried to rest and I had horrible racing thoughts and really strange negative thoughts too. It was awful. I don't think it helped my runny nose and “allergies”. It just made me feel mentally unwell. The side effect was far worse than it helping. I wouldn’t take this again if you paid me!"

"The side effects were/are horrible. I took this 30 hours ago and I still have anxiety. I didn't sleep the whole night! I feel like I was drugs! I will never take this again. The pseudoephedrine is too stimulating "

Claritin-D (loratadine / pseudoephedrine) "My Doctor recommended this to me because both my ears are congested. I'm not used to really taking medications . Just tylenol and motrin. So my first hour after taking it, I felt super nervous. My heart was pounding , felt like it was going to burst through my chest and my breathing was really weird. Then later that night, I could not sleep for the life of me. I kept tossing and turning. Basically stayed up watching t.v.. My fiance asked it I had been up all night. I was up for more that 24hrs. I took 2 melatonin the night after and I fell asleep. Woke up with a headache and dizziness. Mind you, I have anxiety. It triggered it. First time trying it and would not recommend it to anyone. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP"

"I took the Kroger version of the Clatirin D and I have slept only 4 hours in 2 days. The medicine definitely works for the post nasal drop and congestion but I cannot sleep!!! I'm going to try taking it at 5am instead of 5pm."

Claritin-D 12 Hour (loratadine / pseudoephedrine) "I took loratadine with pseudoephedrine for a sinus infection and it’s working great so far. It gave me night sweats, because of the antihistamine in it, just like Benadryl does sometimes to me. I just woke up and had to grab a towel to lay on in bed."

Claritin-D 12 Hour (loratadine / pseudoephedrine) "12-hour Claritin D has worked wonders for me. It clears all the congestion in my head from my allergies and it produces no ill side effects for me. Through the years I have had bad reactions to Benadryl, Sudafed and a prescription decongestant, but for whatever reason, 12-hour Claritin D is perfect for me. I take one tablet daily."

Claritin-D 24 Hour (loratadine / pseudoephedrine) "I've been denied, the last 2 months, on the purchase of Claritin D. I'm suffering with congestion, itchy eyes, runny nose. Regular Claritin doesn't work. Only Claritin D. But, when you need it you can't buy it."

Alavert D-12 Hour Allergy and Sinus (loratadine / pseudoephedrine) "The medication really helps relieve my sinus congestion. I prefer it over the other name brand. However; they've made the packaging so hard to get the pill out I wonder if they are trying to kill the product. It was hard enough to get it out before, but now in the new packaging, it's even harder."
