"Revlimid has put my follicular lymphoma in remission. For 21 years, other drugs have had a similar effect. However, Revlimid caused a very strong reaction on my skin, which, along with another side effect, led my oncologist to suspend the treatment before the expected end. That other side effect is glaucoma in both eyes. I have practically lost vision in my left eye. I have no definitive proof of this, but I noticed a rapid decline in my vision after starting the drug, and it improved when the drug was stopped. Another oncologist shared similar experiences with some patients. In summary, I am in remission two years after stopping the treatment, but with only one functioning eye."
