"Acidophilus is now the only supplement / medication I take to manage constipation which is a side-effect of opiod medications which I've been taking for a number of years. Prior to my adding acidophilus (capsule form) to my regime, constipation was a chronic problem causing me constant concern and trying various remedies, none of which worked until I came upon acidophilus.
