"Can't breathe over a year. My allergies got real bad. I was so over it, I could not think or do anything. I could only breathe 50% of my lungs I tried everything. No sleep. I take assured allergy relief which contains antihistamine cetirizine HCI ,10mg 1 a day { sold at dollar tree} and goldenseal 800 mg every 6 hr. WOW I CAN BREATHE AND SLEEP!!!!!!"
