Tavalisse (fostamatinib) for Immune Thrombocytopenia "I have been taking Tavalisse for 5 years without any adverse effects. My platelets have stabilized between 40,000 and 52,000. I take a daily dose of 150 mg every morning. The pill is easy to swallow."
