"Took fluconazole 150 mg orally, 1st dosage, then the second 72 hours later as prescribed. I feel weak, sweating, terrible brain fog, confused, and anxious. Side effects got more intense after the 2nd dosage. I read the drug stays for six days. That's a lot of suffering; never again."

"Avoid this medicine. I was so naive. I wanted to try a 'real' treatment for my fungal issues and ended up with the most depressed, dysphoric 'life is hell' state I have ever felt in 20 years. Followed with a severe cold + intense coughs + pains + severe chills + headaches + chest soreness + fever + odd taste in mouth. I thought I might even die because it was really starting to hurt a lot during coughing. Day 6 I'm getting a bit better, but still pretty brutal mood. I hope there is no long-term damage from this disgusting pharma drug. I took 50 mg twice. Day 1 not too bad. Day 2 all went downhill."

"Yes... men get yeast infections too, from their partner who also had one while being intimate. So I get one and my partner got 2 of the pills, and within 2 hrs I saw a difference. It's been 2 days, and it's just about fully gone. I didn't experience any side effects from the pill, I took it without food. It says it is an easy pill to take."

"Took the one-dose pill. I have taken this pill 3 times. Once I took it after antibiotics used to treat my UTI gave me a bad yeast infection, and it seemed to work eventually. The last two times I tried taking this, it did not work. I currently have a yeast infection that is pretty bad and causing itchy blisters all over my body. It's getting worse because my period is coming. I am prone to getting UTIs, and I wonder if my persistent antibiotic usage is the reason why I get frequent yeast infections."

"Great! Finally, 0 side effects and seems to be getting the job done after suffering armpit fungal infection for 5 months with other treatments but working and making it worse from bad reactions! I took for 2 weeks along with a non-steroid topical, and combined everything is looking good! Very satisfied!"

"Wow. I landed in the ER with the sorest of sore throats. I have a systemic yeast infection. I'm taking fluconazole 100 mg for a month, this medication is no joke! It makes me insanely dizzy, my legs feel as if they will fail. No appetite whatsoever. Brain fog, confusion. I'm going to have to bite the bullet until I'm finished in 2 weeks. The only plus side of the coin is that it is clearing up the thrush."

"Single dose tablet. Got rid of my yeast infection. Quite nasty side effects, but over in a day for me. Side note: it is possible that vulvar irritation is not the result of a yeast infection - even tight leggings can cause the same discomfort for me as thrush, and it feels *exactly* the same as a yeast infection! Please get a diagnosis from a doctor before self-medicating, I didn’t and suffered for weeks before solving the problem!!"

"My doctor prescribed this for small intestinal fungal overgrowth (SIFO). 200 mg on day 1 and then 100 mg for 13 days. Days 3 and 4 were hell, and so I halved the dose to 50 mg. Today is only day 5, I haven’t even taken it today, and I feel like total garbage. I’m dizzy and sleepy, like I was given an Ambien, and I was aching all over. Today the aching is better, but I can’t keep my eyes open and also can’t sleep. This is hell. I don’t think I can continue with it."

"I was prescribed 150 mg weekly for 4 weeks for seborrheic dermatitis. I took the second dose 2 days ago and was sweating a lot. Especially my palms of hands, armpits, soles of feet, and back. Very uncomfortable, and probably will not complete the last two doses. I also use a cream for my seb derm, so not sure if the cream or this med has helped with clearing it, but I'll take my chances with the cream."

"Took this for thrush, single dose, will never take again! While the thrush is gone, I've now had 3 days of extreme diarrhea and nausea, plus 2 nights of chills and counting...."

"I take 400 mg a day for a rare Candida infection in my prosthetic knee. I'm 2 months into a 6-month treatment. I only have had two side effects, but both have been severe. 1. I’m extremely fatigued. Not necessarily sleepy, but no physical energy. It takes everything in me just to get up and walk to the kitchen. 2. Severe skin irritation. The skin on my entire body has been exfoliating much more than normal. It’s like the skin cell turnover process got turned up. Also, the worst chapped lips of my life. I feel like it’s clearing the fungal infection in my knee, but these side effects suck."
