For Herbal Supplementation "Seems to help in feeling full. Used twice daily with one-half teaspoon each drink. Mixed with hot water direct from the coffee maker, and most of the butter taste was removed. Drank it as a hot tea. Results were assisted with limiting sugars and fried foods, and the results were really good in reducing belly fat."

For Herbal Supplementation "Actually helped with sperm production, well, it made my sperm thicker and produce much, much more when I orgasmed. Definitely worth a try if this is a problem for you. Didn't cause any ill side effects. Definitely produced more, and it worked in about two weeks' time."

For Herbal Supplementation "Fenugreek is common food in Ethiopia, it is like wheat for Ethiopians. It has been used for a thousand years, but we have a traditional way of preparation. It is very effective in treating gastritis, no side effects observed while in use."

For Herbal Supplementation "Used fenugreek to promote breast milk production. Worked wonders! The only side effect: I smelled like maple syrup, which was not bad."
