For Rheumatoid Arthritis "This is the only medication that helped with my inflammation, plus guarding my stomach issues. I so wish my insurance would cover it now. But a couple of years ago, said it would no longer cover it, and there were no co-pay cards at that time."

For Osteoarthritis "This medication is awful. After 4 days of taking it, I had diarrhea, stomach cramps, dizziness, and weakness. Why is this medicine on the market? I took this after eating, and I still feel sick. This medicine goes in the bin!"

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "Was given this medication to relieve the pain in my spine, but instead, I started having sleepless nights, unable to get comfortable without severe pain to roll over. Bowels started to back up. Swollen hands and feet, I was unable to wear my rings because water pills would not help give relief. I had a blood rash across my face and swollen eyes and started bruising with every little bump of hitting something. I started throwing up 10 hours after I took my morning pill and would throw up everything from dinner the night before and breakfast from the current day. I started throwing up the pill, with only the outer layer missing, 10 hours or so after taking it, about 12 days into starting this med. I would not recommend this for anyone!"

For Osteoarthritis "Vimovo has been above average for me, a 65-year-old man, but I was told to stop after taking 1 tablet a day for years by a sports doctor. He said just stop for 3 weeks and see. I am now on day 8 without, and my body is stiff as a board 6 of the 8 days, so I will see how it goes. I had a little heartburn in the process, time will tell. My wife said I should carry on taking Vimovo."

For Osteoarthritis "Without Vimovo, my quality of life would cause me severe depression. I suffered for 6 years with OA and DDD until one day the GP suggested this medication. It takes a week or so to kick in, but it's well worth it. I've also had zero side effects."

For Osteoarthritis "The good, the bad, and the ugly. The good: it worked wonders on my pain. The bad: because it has esomeprazole, it masks any damage being done internally. The ugly: after 6 months on this medication, I ended up in the ER and was subsequently diagnosed with microscopic colitis. The anti-inflammatory part of the medication permanently damaged the lining of my stomach, but I was asymptomatic because of the esomeprazole. I now have colitis for the rest of my life and have to suffer chronic pain as well. It was nice feeling normal for six months, but not at the expense of the permanent consequences."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "Have been taking this on and off over the last two years. I try to take it no longer than a month then take a break for a while. I genuinely have found its the only drug that helps me stay mobile. The codeine or stronger tablets make me whoozy and I can't function. This drug really keeps me clear and just allows me to move more freely with my back and hip pain."

"Was given Vimovo for pain relief from getting a wisdom tooth taken out. Took 2 500mg tablets for 2 days and stopped. Experienced very little pain in the gum or jaw but suffered severe fatigue, brain fog, bloating, and loose stool. After stopping, I was still suffering from brain fog and severe fatigue for a few days."

"My doctor prescribed me Vimovo for severe migraines, and needless to say, they had absolutely no effect. I definitely would not recommend these for headaches or migraines."
